What choice do you really have? I’m assuming you can’t do it and he won’t unless you buy the pain . Seems like he’s got you backed into a corner to me
Although you might consider having a different tech actually do the replacement since he obviously over-torqued the bolts or bent it to far down in an effort to make less of a mess.
BTW. A flush doesn’t involve a pan drop. You likely got a filter change and partial fluid swap. If you’re lucky the tech didn’t just replace filter and pour old fluid back in.
