There’s about a zero % chance a Cat dealer will want to have anything to do with a 30 year old RV. CST doesn’t even make RVs. Maybe if there was an engine issue presuming it has a Cat diesel, they might look at it.
besides that sounds like about the most expensive way to go and the OP seems to be on a quest to diy brake job on a diesel pusher!! Lofty goal.

Take it to a Caterpillar dealership--or phone them. Failing that any semitruck service center should be able to help.
