New BAtteries Won' Charge

Hello All,
I am glad to be back. I missed all of you. Not all at one time though...
Situation: I have replaced my two house batteries and the chassis battery, but I can't get them to charge on shore power. they are hooked-up correctly, shore power was off while I was working on them and the Wizard electronic brain says it is in "boost" mode.
Even my little Battery Tender for the chassis battery is blinking green quickly.

1997 Ford Fleetwood Southwind Storm
thank you for any help!

On the OPs MH, the converter output does not go directly to the batterys. The converter output goes to the fuse panel beside the circuit breakers, inside the coach. Then 2 wires, from the fuse panel, goto 2 resetable circuit breakers in the BCC. Check the circuit breakers in the BCC. The may be tripped. You will have to look closely, the resets are on the end of the breakers and hard to see.

  • Your rig has a box called BBC battery control box. Its under the hood everything goes to that box. Converter batterys gen.there are 2 charging relays inside
  • The ground for your battery is connected at the frame with a nut and bolt.

Once you check obvious stuff like the disconnect switches, loose dirty or incorrect connections, fuses or relays I would start by checking the output of your converter, are you getting 13 plus volts from it?
  • Battery disconnect triggered or maybe defective auto reset circuit breaker often located near battery.
  • Battery Disconnect Switch ??

In-line Fuse on Battery Positive Cable??

    Bad Ground?
  • Breaker open someplace?
I take it the voltage at the battery isn't 14.X even with the Wiz in boost?
