Thank you, stungpanzer. That flipping RV garage started as a $5,800 car port until when I went to get the permit the city had changed laws. I ended up spending waaaaaay more then that. LOL. :S. It turned into a whole other thing. Almost as much sqft with the second floor as the house.
We made the 2nd floor a condo that my mother inlaw is going to use. We actually still have some work to finish the upstairs (cabinets, counters, & kitchen appliances) in the next few weeks. I actually had an elevator installed. Can't believe I have an elevator in my garage. :R
The DW & I love the paint job you have on your RV!!! We will eventually get ours repainted full body.
