Thanks for the replies. You guys pretty much confirmed what I has been thinking.
Like I said we definately didnt know what we were getting into. But the only thing to do is accept the situation and get in there and do what we can. Definately a lot of work ahead.
Hopefully the metal frame is ok, but if not I have a friend who is a blacksmith.
