Congratulations on purchasing your coach and welcome to the forum!!! Sounds like you got a great deal if it's in as good a shape as you describe. Like others have said, check the date codes on the tires and if they are 7 years or older, replace them. I have already learned the hard way.....
Also, as you are checking things over, make sure you take a look at the sway bar bushings. The rear bushings on mine were completely gone and the front ones were severely compressed. If they haven't been replaced, you might want to consider doing that with the new poly version. Greatly improved my handling.
Also, as stated, you'll probably want to add in a fuel conditioner. I use Sea Foam mixed at 1 ounce per gallon of gasoline as recommended on their website. When I first got my coach, the generator wouldn't run. I finally figured out how to disassemble the carburetor and cleaned it thoroughly with Sea Foam and it runs like a charm now. I'll keep the stuff in my main tank at every fill-up.
Check out the house batteries. Since much of the electrical system runs off them, if they are more than a couple of years old, I'd replace them too.
Of course, check the standard engine stuff....oil change and filter. Radiator flush/clean/refill. Tune up. Air filter replace.
You'll continue to find bits and pieces that need addressing, but these will most likely get you on the road with a freshened-up coach and you can start living the life!!
Good luck!!
