The National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) published a comparison study last year of the various state toll facilities, including bridges, tunnels, and highways. Using the 2-axle passenger car rate, the highest per mile tolls were in CA at $0.35, and the lowest in NH at $0.03. The NY Thruway came in at $0.05, the same as FL.
