Check around any roof vents in the ceiling area does the wood around the vent feel soft (dry rot) wood if so this is not the MH you want to buy. Also check for dry rot around the bottom of windows doors slide outs if any etc. Take a small pin and test the wood if it pushes in easy you have a problem
