For that price you can look at some crossover models new like the forest river FR3 or Thor Ace. Good part is new with warranty and 6 speed trains, bad is they are more entry level in some areas. Depending on what floorplan you want, can get new Georgetown MH for just over your range with a lot more features.
If buying only 1-3 years old I have found that many have paid too much or have rolled over upside down trades and want more than you can get new for. For example...Georgetown 364TS brand new with added washer/dryer combo and nearly every option but paint can be had at 95k. You'll find people selling used for much more.
