I understood that, but if you're like me, there's always "stuff" in the lower compartments, that would have to be removed beforehand if I expected to spill water/antifreeze. Again - not an insurmountable problem... but a little bit of ergonomic design could have made winterizing SO much easier. Even winterizing the magnificent Forrester we briefly looked at, would have me on my creaky old knees, half falling into the compartment I would have to reach across to get to the water pump...LOL!
Clearly I was spoiled by the artful, efficient design of our previous Gulf Stream Conquest, which was ironically, the cheapest entry-level model they made.
