My own experience with finding the water pump was after picking up the unit from the dealer in mid-February, after the RV show as it was a floor model there. Noticed a steady, slow leak behind a lower compartment wall. Realized it was a tiny, $10 plastic valve on the water pump tubing. Of course taking off the compartment molding and the 10 something screws that did not want to come out was the biggest problem. The dealer replaced the item. I am another who does not use AF or blows out the lines. Gravity, with a minimal heat source has not failed me for over 10 years with two rigs. I also agree with keeping the tank valves open as opposed to closed. To each his/her own. Always good reading though as to options and concerns.
