when I took one of my several factory tours I did note a few issues. the most memorable was the welding on one of the side aluminum? framework. about half way back there was a gusset? welded to several beams and that joint looked like something out of high school welding class. the side took a bit of a bend there which did straighten out when assembled.
at one time they evidently used two grades of corian counter top. one was a thick one with no issues. in their cheaper grades of motorhomes they used a thin veneer. I saw several at the dealer that had already started to crack out diagonally from the sink corners.
