1. Look at the Dash Temp gauge. If it shows middle or above, your tstat is working
2. The Dash Heater/AC system is aftermarket. The Motorhome maker installs the hoses and the Temp cut off valve for the Heater core. The Heater Core/Evaporator is also aftermarket. You need to post the Brand name of the aftermarket system to get more help. The name will usually be on the case of the heater Core visible from the outside engine access door. There are Vacuum systems and electric controlled systems. That is why the Brand is critical. Doug
