I have a National Sea Breeze 06 I had new cooling fans put on the cooling unit of the fridge when it was replaced I can hear them run when it is hot! But when I open the doors of the fridge I can hear...

Fans should get 12V DC thru power board connection
12V DC Power (+) should come from board to 't-stat' on far right condenser fin then to fans
Fin Temp via t-stat.....start fans at 130*F----stop fans at 115*
Need to measure DC Voltage when fans stow down.
