Has anyone heard anymore about the Norcold recall court case??

The owners of those Norcolds totally deserve all the compensation they can get.
I bought a used RV back in February with a model 841 Norcold and though it's not on any recall list, (yet) I will sure keep my eye on it. Listed it with Norcold so they're suppose to inform me if it ever does get on any recall list. Meanwhile keeping my ear to the ground on RV forums...about the only thing to do about it at this point.
