Has anyone heard anymore about the Norcold recall court case??

It's hard to spot any evidence of a refer fire there in the picture. The two refer vents, the slide out wall, and slide out roof all seem fine. The fire seemed to be to the left of the refer and to the left of the slide out. Over the stove perhaps? Or over a built in propane fireplace?
