Just pulling backward and forward in your spot isn't going to get the oil up to full operating temp. If that's your goal, get out on the road and drive at least 20 min. (of course check tires & brakes if it's been sitting for 3yrs).
If your goal is just to warm the oil up so it will flow when you go to drain it, 5-10min of idling should do it.
