oil change
First oil change on my 2014 Ford Triton V-10 on F53 chassis. The manual says "SAE 5W-20 or equivalent". Should I go synthetic or conventional?

Some vehicles actually come from the factory with synthetic oil but you should follow what the owner's manual says for your engine.
