oil change
First oil change on my 2014 Ford Triton V-10 on F53 chassis. The manual says "SAE 5W-20 or equivalent". Should I go synthetic or conventional?

Yes most of these new engines come with synthetic oils. My new CRV come with synthetic, but my 2003 V-10 engine come with regular oil and it run just as good as any synthetic oil and it cost a lot less.
