Oil texture coming from ceiling
Hello. I have a 1996 Monaco Dynasty. On the inside ceiling near the drivers seat and the cabinet which holds the TV is an area that keeps growing and does not seem to be water but an oily texture....

Do you have the recessed mounted TV above the drivers/pass seat? That is electrically operated up and down? If so, it may be that heavy duty motor casing. I had a 2007 model that had that problem. The transmission part of the gear case leaked its oil. Doug
