So I replaced the brushes and cleaned the slip rings... they have a reading of 25 ohms... which is in the range (20 - 30 ohms,) I am only getting 1.5 volts at the breakers... could this be the voltage regulator?
The engine runs great and is smooth.. right at 1800 rpm
Any other ideas.. short of taking it to Onan!
