As you face the front, the starter (with attached solenoid) will be on the right side of the little Kubota diesel, opposite of the muffler.

Pre-heat times
Coolant temp> 120 degrees..... 0 seconds
Coolant temp 50 degrees..... 5 seconds
Coolant temp 23 degrees.....10 seconds
Coolant temp < 4 degrees.....15 seconds
