I was getting ready to get a Palazzo, until the I read a Thor forum with unhappy owner reports.
I'm now getting serious about a NewMar Ventana LE their entry level DP,
About $10K more but better fit/finish.
Demo'd one with comfort steer very nice.
I think the OP poster will find when going back to CW they will fix that stuff but will wait a long time for Thor to approve and ship the parts.
One owner reported owning his for about 3 months and using it a few weeks rest of the time in the shop.
But on another note I read bringing to the factory gets it done faster and better.
