It saddens me to see this as I like Thor as a company, but friends of ours have a 2014 36.1 and share a lot of the same issues. Rips in the couch, furnace not functioning properly, and a host of other small issues. I know lack of QC is not specific to Thor though, but will agree with posters here. It's a shame of the lack of QC. For the money we spend on these coaches there should be little or NO issues period. But we keep buying them so there is really no pressure on any manufacturer to step up. But I have heard just as many issues on every manufacturer. It's not just Thor. Tiffin - touted for it's quality - recently has had a slew of issues. I've also heard lots of complaints about Winnie. Shame.
