Sounds like minor league stuff to me.
When your diesel engine has had near $40K in warranty work done to it over its almost 4 years in service, (17K in last three months) get back to me.
I would take little stuff like a screw falling out or a drawer coming open any day after being repeatedly stuck on the side of the road or limping to dealers all the time at 20 MPH.
Count your blessings my friend.
Sounds like I have the opposite problem you do. Coach body itself is top quality, but the engine is unreliable. It is hard to get that perfect package.
