Then at that point monies would not have left my hand until all issues were fixed.
Now they have your cash and you are at their mercy.
Last time I checked, dealers don't do a final walk through before money exchanges hands.
When I bought my motor home we went on a final test drive and complete walk through before I sinned the paperwork. Good thing my generator quit running. That cost the dealer over $600.00 to fix. I just said call me when that is fixed. There were a couple of other small things but how fast do you think they would have jumped to get things done if they had the money?
