I really liked the concept of the Palazzo when it came out. Thor is good at innovation. But at the end of the day it makes sense when I recall my dealer tellig me "It's an ACE on a Frightliner Chassis". That said I have never had a lot of issues with either of my ACES but the hybrid of an ACE or Hurricane modified to a freightliner may be part of the issue. Trying to get a DP in the weight and price point of a gasser may account for a lot of the shortcomings. Curious if any Excusrion owners share a lot of the same things. After all it's the same concept. I see a lot of used ones for sale and they are hardly a year old.
I agree. We bought the Palazzo because it reminded us a lot of our Raptor as far as being a "camper" on a diesel chassis. That's exactly what I consider it to be. We don't even consider it to be a "coach". However, there is no excuse for poor workmanship and quality control. I can deal with the lower end parts and accessories. But don't trow it together like you don't care what it is.
