Parking long term with slide out "almost out".

I m parking our unit under a roof. It allows the bedroom slide to extend fully,but the galley slide is about 3 inches from fully extended.

Will this harm anything? We will be parked here until May.

    Slide outs only seal when fully extended or retracted.......any where in between they are just a box in an open hole.

    It will only harm the floor around the slide... Seals are there but need to have the unit extended so they seal properly.
