On my coach, I have two connectors for each seat. One is after the power wire comes up out of the floor and the other is right at the back of the seat control switches. My entire wiring assembly will unplug from behind the switches on the side of the seat. If that connector, or the other connector, is loose, my seat will not work. You may also try using a voltmeter to see if 12 volt power is getting to the seat. If not, then you are looking for the fuse, which the manufacturers have a way of hiding. On my Monaco coach, I have six different fuse boxes that contain 12 volt fuses. Some fuses are under the dash, some near the main electrical control panel, under the hood, and in the basement compartments.
I have no power coming from the wires at the seat at all. I disconnected the harness and nothing. I've checked all the fuses that I know of , they are on the dash, in front generator compartment in the back compartment right in front of the battey compartment and in the powercord compartment and found nothing. :(
