Passenger power seat in 2013 Itasca Elipse

We have what they call the luxury power seat. It has the wired remote with some massage functions. It also has power lumbar and power foot rest. The lumbar and powered remote work fine but the controls for front back etc and footrest seem to have no power. I checked the connection at the back of chair bottom and it is tight. Rest of chair seems not easily accessable. Any thoughts. Found latch at front for turning the chair. So we are generally functional but would be nice to get the features working. Driver’s chair works fine. Thanks as always for any help.
