My Dad's memories are amazing when he tells the stories, but like so many, he didn't tell those stories until lately.
Also, Dad turned 21 in 1942 so at almost 94, there are just not many of our brave soldiers left to talk about their experiences. He was stationed in Germany for most of his deployment.
