All Phoenix Crusiers come with a 5000 pound hitch. I tow a 2004 Jeep Liberty with my 2552.
On the Phoenix Cruiser forum, there has been some discussion whether a 4-door Wrangler can be towed given it's near 5000 pound curb weight gets close to the 5000 pound limit. I personally wouldn't give it another thought, tow it with a good tow brake and sleep well at night, though I wouldn't load up a 4-door Wrangler with too much other stuff like we've done on occasion with our 2006 Liberty 4x4 with bikes, golf clubs, fire wood, and more. I think a couple bikes with a hitch mounted bike rack on the back of a 4-door Wrangler would be my limit.
Another thing for certain, the E350 and E450 chassis can handle towing the 5000 pound limit. The E350's weight rating is less, but then a smaller/lighter house is mounted on it's back which compensates for that.
If you want a PC on steroids, order a small model 2350 built on an E450. That would provide much more towing ability aside from the hitch itself. I'd consider that if towing a multi-horse trailer. The draw back to this is that the ride would naturally be a little rougher due to the stiffer E450 suspension with a lighter load on it's back.
I can't really comment about towing with the PC family of Sprinter models.
