Three A/C units won't be an issue. We live in the desert with two A/C's on our MH and they work just fine. We mostly run the A/C units till we get to our destination CG (typically camp in cooler locations). I've also run them on the way home from a CG. I turn them on a couple hours before we leave to cool the coach down (when leaving a CG we don't do this). Understand there are thousands of RV owners in the southwest that camp year round. You won't have a problem.
