You should be good to go with 3 AC units. I have a 36' Endeavor that originally had two 13.5 AC units which could not keep up with the AZ summers. When the front AC unit broke, I replaced it with a 15.5 unit. That was enough to keep the inside at least 20 degrees cooler than outside, even in 120 degree weather. You are 7 feet longer but have an additional AC unit, you should be fine.
