So despite my 'handle' I am in Indio, CA at the moment and it's 114 today and 118 tomorrow.
My 1995 Newmar isn't the best insulated compared to a 2011 and we have 2 roof airs and have screens on the front, bubble insulation on the inside of the windshield which really helps and normally that keeps it around 81F on the gauge which feels a little too cool from my easy chair.
Today however it went up to 94 inside when DW did some washing and drying - fortunately I added a 3rd Portable AC unit with inlet/outlet hoses (the ONLY type that works in an RV) and that brought it down to 81F again - we are 38' but just 1 slide.
With a newer rig and 3 ACs you will have no problem - except when you have to step outside and that's an entirely different set of problems. I know that a lot of people in AZ have remote start on their cars so that they can get them started and cooled down before getting in.
