Alabama-ite here. We get too much sun too, but not THAT much.
Anyway, the temps inside your coach could drop significantly if your exterior walls and roof were light colored. As your's are not, and you even have a black roof, your RV will be a heat sponge. You might want to think about getting at least the roof painted a brilliant white. Just my 2 cents.
