When my Scepter was less than a year old, the sliding bedroom door track came loose. I returned to the dealer for repairs. This is what they did for mine. Release the front door wheel from the track, swing the door out and slide forward to release the back wheels and remove the door. The dealer had an extension for a drill that was about three feet long. I assume it was magnetized as well. The put a larger screw on the end, reached it into the door opening and screwed the track back in place. They then removed and replaced the remaining screws in the track, replaced the rear wheels on the track, slide the door into place and reconnected the front wheels on the track. That was five years ago and the door has worked fine since. It's a solid wood door so it's fairly heavy but no further problems.
