Pomona RV Show

Went to the opening day of the RV show in Pomona. Here are my observations-

First off, they really improved the vendors tent. You are now forced to go through it to get into the RV sections. Good idea. I have had a space there in the past, and our traffic was horrible. Now, it looks much improved.

10$ parking, $10 admission. Hot Dog and a Coke - $10.25
The attendance was fair to light. Lots and lots of RV's, trailers, etc. More than you can see in a day. The salesmen for the most part were polite and busy enough where they don't hang all over you.

Prices for the Class A's Diesels are way up. Tiffin I noticed two years agao they had the RED on show special for $156K. The same model
was on special for $224K. That seemed to repeat itself throughout the show.

Prices are up, demand is up also. Overall, it was a good experience.
  • Yeah there was was too many to see in one day, so im going back today!
  • Did you notice if anyone had the Garmin GPS for sale and at a good price? We are going Tuesday to see.
  • No. Cant say I noticed any. I didn't spend much time in the vendors tent.
  • Didn't find the vendors tent too interesting. Not as much gadgetry as previous. Few with pot/pans, food related and candles. Most others were insurance, financing and trailer/5thwheel related towing stuff. Even the campground advertising was only few.
I didn't notice any booth selling gps systems. Sorry
