That's what we use. I like it cause it is fast and quiet!

What we do if on 30 amp service is run 2 1500W small cube type heaters on LOW one in the front and one in the rear.

We do not have slides and this will keep us very comfortable down to 18 deg at night. Only need one during the day when temps move above freezing.

We have one of the portable AC and heat pump units that we use when we travel. This adds an additional 10,000 btu's AC or 9,500 btu's heat and runs off of a normal 120 volt outlet. It has a hose that vents to the outside but since it is inside your coach, you do not have to worry about it getting too cold for the heat pump to work. It helps keep things comfortable in the Winter and during those hot Summer days. It only uses 8-9 amps for heating or cooling.

We use a small cube ceramic heater. It does a good job.
Some prefer the oil filled radiator type heaters. They take up more room when storing but, they are silent.
I think any 1500 watt heater will do the job.

We use two oil-filled type heaters. Never got use to the idea of having a red hot visible core or burnt dust smell. Would not leave one of those going unattended with pets or kids around for sure...

If we need to move some more warm around we just sit one of the O2COOL 10-inch fans behind the radiator of the oil-filled heater.

Always better to use the camp ground electric instead of your propane anytime... I usually run as extension cord in from the pedestal 20AMP connection when using the portable electric heaters... I also never crank up the electric heater above the #3 setting on my heaters. Not a good idea to really heat up the 120VAC plug on those things...

One electric space heater keeps our rv warm/comfortable, even when it gets down into the 30's, and it is a lot quieter than the furnaces. If it is really cold outside, it gets down to about 50 inside, so I turn on the furnaces to give it a boost. If it goes down to the low 20s at night, then you need to turn on the furnace to keep the tanks and water lines from freezing. Outside, if it goes below freezing, you need to disconnect the water hose and stick it in a compartment or it will be frozen in the morning. Use the water tank and pump while disconnected.

We checked the Consumer Reports reviews and bought the 2nd-highest rated heater two years ago. It's our 3rd or 4th heater, and has worked the best of any of them. It'll keep us warm down to about 40 degrees.

FYI: Our electric space heater is on a circuit controlled by the energy management system, so when the total amp usage of the coach gets too high, that heater circuit is the first one to dump - usually because the microwave and water heater are also running. We rarely run the propane furnace unless dry camping.

Electric space heater makes a lot of sense when you have shore power. I stumbled upon a deal a couple years ago: 2-1500 watt units with small fans for $15. One went in the TT, one is in my office in the sticks and bricks. Do be aware that 1500 watts is 15 amps, which is half a 30 amp hookup. And ya gotta leave a little for other things, like 'fridge controller, lights, etc. So "one heater per customer, please."
