I figured I should report back. After tinkering with this system for a couple hours and re calibrating it and talking to two techs from Power Gear. It is normal according to the second guy the older system don't care if all jacks are down it is just leveling the coach. The lights that are lit afterwards tell you the low points. He said the newer ones after leveling will test each jack to make sure they are down but the older models do not have that technology. He said the other jacks can be ran manually if you want the stability after leveling.
The first tech we talked to sent me an email with the procedure to re calibrated it because they had changed all the batteries recently and he thought it had lost the factory zero. My son and I re calibrated it about 6 or 7 times and it always did the same thing that is when I called back and talked to the second tech.
As for the coolant I am thinking they over filled the tank because it is setting in the normal level now.
I felt so good when I drove in with this thing yesterday and then I thought it had all these problems I am glad everything seems to be normal.
