Go to the PowerGear website....somewhere it has all the model hydraulic jacks listed by number.
Hopefully, your "bad" jack has the number on it (mine had a yellow tag). Some (like mine (maybe yours) are listed as "non-rebuildable". But it could be replaced by a newer model...listed as rebuildable. I couldn't find out why...no matter....I could not find a shop that would rebuild it anyway. Seemingly, all the "hydraulic shops" around me only sell hoses and fittings.
Contacting PowerGear by phone, they would not sell me a new one. Only "authorized" commercial places like an RVdealer or shop.
Long story short, called my RV dealer..he ordered it. Over $600. And I did the install. Bolt-on. And that's another story.
