Had my rear radiator pulled and cleaned at abou 35,000 miles. I bought the MH used. The slobber tube was extended at the time of the cleaning.
Since then, 80,000 miles I try to find a car wash that I can fit into every year or so and use the pressure spray from the rear, carefully. I do not have any overheating problems. Course it helps to start that procedure with a professionally cleaned radiator :)
