Are you using an adapter-- if so, check power on the female/"out" side.
Check where shore power cord comes into coach (Unplugged from shore power/generator off).
Do you have an ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch)? If so (Unplugged from shore power/generator off) open it and check that connections are clean and tight.
Lastly, same thing at coach 120 VAC main breaker box.
