I tow a 4500 lb boat, a trailer that is sometimes loaded to around 5k. It is a breeze. I'm an ex TC-er myself. The Class C Ford V10 will outpull any truck with a TC I think, because the gearing is so much better for that. Also, you won't be overloaded so easily like when towing with a TC in the bed already.
