I tow a 4500 lb boat, a trailer that is sometimes loaded to around 5k. It is a breeze. I'm an ex TC-er myself. The Class C Ford V10 will outpull any truck with a TC I think, because the gearing is so much better for that. Also, you won't be overloaded so easily like when towing with a TC in the bed already.
For sure. And the same is true for our Chevy 6.0L gas Sunseeker. I think the Ford Sunseekers have 7500 lb hitches. Ours has a 5000 but by the weight ratings the vehicle can actually tow close to 7000.
OP, one thing besides the toilet question, is the shower. I don't know about other brands, but I think they are similar to our Sunseeker. They raise the floor in the rear section, which gives huge storage underneath. And also results in enclosed tanks. But as a result in ours, in the shower a 6'2" person's top of the head would be up in the skylight bubble. Check that out.
