Look _very_ closely at _all_ your 120 outlets. The GFI on one of my Roadtreks was in the outlet in the side door sill, below knee level. I might still be looking, but I used a flashlight, knelt so I could look at it straight on, and the white buttons set in a white background still barely showed up.
