Just wondering what the "Remote" (Trailer or towed) is using as a power source,, Seems that unless you have a battery charge lead that could lead to loss of brakes on a cross country trip.
That said, Tekonsha Engineering makes fine products.
interesting when I googled it I found two different listings
One in Bingham Farms MI (Detroit suburb) said something about the company being registered in 1959, the other, In Tekonsha, MI said founded in the 1960's. I grew up in Tekonsha, MI, in the 1960's and would have liked to date the founder's daughter but alas, did not work out (Sweet girl, bit of a plain Jane but nice in other ways) Shold have tried harder I guess. but what can i say, Shy teen and all that.
