The coach batteries MUST be "ON". To power the 12V control panel that controls the fridge.
Control panel not lit up = no power= no cold. And...takes between 5 and 8 hours to cool every down from start. So turn it on the nite before you pack it up. And...unlike a house fridge that pumps cold air in, these RV units suck warm air out, and what you're left with is "cold".
Got an owners' manual? It's there to read....if not, contact the manufacturer. They can most likely give you one.
