First, the RMA IS the tire manufacturers, so there can not be a conflict. If there is a conflict, it is an inadvertent one.
Second, the load tables are MINIMUMS (or maximums depending on which way you are coming at them). They are NOT recommendations.
So I don't think there is a conflict.
