In 2012 I purchased my Southwind Storm with 23500 miles for $23000. I did not have any major issues to deal with and the MH has been a good buy. This year I put on 6 new tires ($2350) and last year I had RV Armor recoat the roof with a life time warranty ($3400). All maintenance items but not cheap. Also 4 new shocks, Safety Plus for the front steering, rear track bar and some other odds and ends. All fluids and filters changed. I guess what I'm getting to is that a older used MH is going to need maintenance and repairs based on age. Just go in with your eyes open and expect to invest money to make your MH safe and reliable. Just my opinion.
